We use them to hold and confirm your booking, to communicate with you about your stay, and to meet our legal duties, including guest registration. Technical data such as your IP address and browser is processed to keep the site secure and working.

Payments

Payments are handled by our licensed payment partner. Your card or wallet details go directly to them and are never seen or stored by us; we keep only the payment reference and amount needed to match the payment to your booking and to handle refunds.

Sharing and retention

Your data is seen by the staff who need it for your stay and by the service providers who process it on our instructions. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising, and we disclose it only where the law requires. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires; other data is kept no longer than needed.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to run it, such as keeping your booking while you pay. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your rights
